Slip Clamp, Temporary Landing Device
The Slip Clamp is used for temporary support of the casing string while cement "sets up". The slip clamp is assembled around the casing in the cellar and transfers casing weight to the previous string. Once the string is fully supported, the casing head can be installed. This simple procedure will save up to 8 hours of rig time.
This value-added product is not limited to use with any particular wellhead product line and is offered as a stand-alone tool to speed up our customers' drilling process.
