Front-End Engineering
WGPC utilizes 3D design software to allow integration with other design teams, which enables early interaction of product design and development. Front end engineering also provides the ability to simulate air flow through the Rigsaver and analyze pressure drop or increase due to restriction. Vibration analysis simulation also is possible for a given power spectral density (PSD) file to understand the effects to performance and product life and to highlight if design improvements are required. This reduces time to market and the cost associated with numerous physical tests during the validation process and warranty issues in the field.
